Kit – moules marinières


Kit includes:
1x pack of mussels in shell (1kg)
1x pouch of moules marinières sauce (400g)

Thaw your mussels in the fridge overnight for best results or leave on the side until the ice around the mussels has turned to liquid but do not let warm up.
Heat up the sauce in a saucepan, once steaming but not bubbling drain off the mussel liquid and add the mussels to the sauce and stir. Cover and bring to a simmer leaving for 5 mins. Once the time is up, give one final stir and serve with crusty bread or fries, or maybe both.
