Made with a blend of potato, cod and prawns with subtle Thai spice, coated in a seasoned chilli and parsley flecked Gluten Free crispy batter.

Cooking instructions
Cooking from frozen:
Deep fry: in preheated oil at 180c.
Oven bake: place on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 200c for 18-20 minutes.
Grill: under a medium heat for 10-12 minutes.
Shallow fry: in oil over a medium heat for 6-7 minutes on each side.
