Kit – panko coated haddock fillets


Kit includes:
2x haddock fillets (400-500g)
1x pack of panko breadcrumb mix (120g)
1x pot of lemon & thyme sea salt (55g)

Simply pop your panko breadcrumbs in a bowl with a teaspoon of sea salt and a tablespoon of oil and mix until well combined.
Place your haddock fillets on a baking tray (skin side down) and coat with your breadcrumbs. Pop in a pre-heated oven at 180C fan for 25-30 mins or until golden brown.
